Her focus is deepening the connection between clients and their customers by capturing the customer's experience in their words and by digging deeper. Kari's customer and marketing experience includes working for General Mills, Inc, PRIME Resource Group, Service 800, and Hinge Marketing. She has provided informational, investigative, marketing research, and customer insight services on behalf of nationally based legal, software, healthcare, telecom, engineering, architectural, and other professional service companies.
Kari holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from Vermont College in Burlington Vermont.
Mark has over thirty years experience as a business-technologist, executive, and management consultant. He has extensive experience with analytics of financial, customer, and operational data used to make faster, better business decisions concerning customers, customer service, and product/service offerings. His previous positions include Vice President of Operations for Westwood Professional Services, CIO/Vice President Technology for the Dolan Company, and Director of Corporate Development for BORN Information Services. Mark's consulting experience includes his own practice - VantagePoint Consulting LLC, Deloitte and Touche, and BORN Information Services. Mark is currently Chief Operating Officer at Charter Solutions.
